Blackville School staff sent a video message to the students and families during the COVID-19 outbreak and social/physical distancing.

Blackville Student Receives Provincial Athletic Recognition

Grade 11 student Caleb Gillespie was recognized as Male Athlete of the Month in February by the New Brunswick Interscholastic Athletic Association (NBIAA). 

The award recognizes outstanding contributions by student-athletes for their accomplishments, dedication and passion within their sport and in the classroom.

It's Crunch Time!

As part of promoting healthy eating and learning about local and global food systems, elementary school students at Blackville School participated in the Big Crunch today.

Elementary Students Participate in Quinzee Tours, Toboggan Races and Snowshoeing

Elementary students at Blackville School participated in the first ever District Winter Challenge on Wednesday, February 26.

With help from high school students in the Entrepreneurship and Outdoor Pursuits classes, the students were engaged in a number of activities including quinzee tours, toboggan races and snowshoeing.

The students had a chance to test the cardboard sleds that were designed for the District's STEAM League Winter Challenge.

The high school students also provided a hot chocolate stand during activity breaks.
