Busy Weeks Ahead for Blackville School

As Christmas break comes near, Blackville School is in for a couple of busy weeks filled with activities to get the students and staff into the Christmas spirit.

Today, Tuesday the 10, the Annual Elementary Christmas Concert took place, along with the Annual Christmas dinner. Tonight the Grad class of 2020 is putting on a Variety Show from 6 pm to 8:30 pm. Come out and show some support for your 2020 Grad class and local talent.

The High School Student Council will be hosting their 3rd Annual K-5 Christmas Shop Wednesday morning, December 18. Presents will cost no more than a toonie ($2) and will be wrapped for the students at checkout. This gives the younger students a chance to buy Christmas presents for their parents/guardians.

There will be a window decorating contest held for the Middle and High School students this Wednesday, Dec 11. All windows must be finished by this Friday, Dec 13.
As well, from the 16-20, there will be Holiday Theme Days as follows:

Monday - Candy Cane Day (Red/White)
Tuesday - Christmas Sweater Day
Wednesday - Christmas Spirit/Character Day
Thursday - Red and Green Day
Friday - PJ Day

Keep an eye on the Blackville School Twitter/Facebook page for notices on more activities to come!
